Starter...best way to pull it off

whats the best way to unbolt the thing from the top or the bottom. OK..im changing my clutch tomorrow. and the last time i had the car up the starter is WAY the hell up there. should i try gettin the back bolt for the starter from top or bottom...just askin.

probably bottom because if it's from the top, the heater core hoses will be in the way...i did mines from the top, then again the hoses were remove when i did it.

My dad helped w/ mine, He was underneath and I was ontop, but we did most work underneath. Needed to be ontop to help tighten the nuts while he worked on the bolts.
