Today the temps out side were in the negatives and way below zero. I went to start up my car for work this morning and the car wouldn't start. It was runnign totally fine yesterday with out any lights or notification of problems, but this morning the car just wouldn't start. It sounds as if the engine wants to start but won't turn or rev up all the way. I believe it is the battery or alternator. However, I can not get anyone to help me jump start my car because eveyrone is either at work or can not start their own cars due to the weather.

do you think it is just the battery or the altrnator causing this problem. Someone even mentioned it may be the starter. I am clueless. Please help.thanks

Welcome to NICOclub, thanks for visiting the Murano Forum, we are glad to have you here!

It doesn't sound like the battery, it could be the alternator, but it could also be the starter sticking. I think that is possible, chances are once things get back above zero (today for sure) you will probably have better luck, let me know what happens.
