Well, I blew my turbo and headgasket due to faulty MBC, and I thoguht it was just the turbo that had blown, but it appears to be both. So I had replaced the turbo with a T3 from a Z31 300zx, which bolted up and worked fine, butu it was still smoking. So I drained the oil and it was nasty. So we come to a decision that it's the head gasket. I haven't even ordered a new one yet. It'll be either a GReddy metal 1.0mm or tomei metal 1.2mm either way. It's a pretty simple task to remove the head. I worked on it for about an hour today and got the turbo, exhaust manifold, cam gear cover, cam gears, cam covers, and everything else around that area off. Im going to leave the intake manifold on because it's too much work to get it off and it can stay on with the head coming off. Here is a photo album of how far I've gotten today. http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4289603599
