start up problems

the ka24de swap into the 90.... the motor starts up but only if i have my foot on the pedal any help would

foot on the pedal tells the ECU to stop sending fuel. You may have a leaky injector or 4. Try turning the key to 'ON' with the fuel rail removed (two bolts on top and one pecker by the fuel pressure regulator) and look for leaks while the system pressurizes.

Does it fart and cough or make any fun noises? The more info the better. Even onomatopoeia!!
