Start Up Issues

Just wondering if any of you have had start up issues when the engine is dead cold. It didnt use to be so bad but now its taking about ten seconds and at least 2 SOLID tries (each try lasting about 5 seconds with sporadic gas pedal pushing by me). im thinking its the plugs as they may have been fouled when i was installing the the fpr. My first try will be some new plugs but just looking to hear your opinions. thanks again.

is your car turbo also, do you have lager injectors.

i have the same problem, things to check are fuel pressure at start up, also is you motor turning over fast enough, check coolant temp sensor voltage. mass aif flow sensor connector.

Did this problem just start after you installed the new fpr? If not, where's your IAC valve connected?
