I did some research but found topics on other forums on starting problem. But all of them had the 'clicking' symtoms. My problem is that when I turn the key it doesn't click and doesn't start.

Before when I turned the key it would just turn over a couple of secs after I turned the key, after that it just kept getting longer and longer to start. Now it doesn't do anything at all.

I replaced my ground terminal and clean both of them. My battery is pretty new, I even tested another good battery and nothing. Could it be my key switch?

I don't think it's my starter but I will check just in case when I go buy a voltmeter and do a volt drop test.

Any info will help, thx.

Check the clutch pedal. There's a starter switch attached to the clutch pedal and there's a plastic stopper that is used to activated the starter switch when you push the clutch pedal down for starting. The plastic gets old and brittle which eventualy leads to it crumbling to little pieces which then leads to a no-start situation. If that doesn't work, then jump your starter to see if it's working correctly. If that doesn't help then check your clutch relay which is located in the batter compartment corner of your car. If your car was once automatic, you are on your own !

Thanks for the tip boostboy, I tried jumping it today and it didn't help until it pushed the key in the ignition as far as it can go and it started. Sweet now I can work on wiring up the knock sensor. Cheers!

Sounds like you've got a failing ignition switch. I would get that replaced ASAP before it leaves you stranded somewhere.
