Stanza KA24E Vs. 240 KA24E?

Guess what I want to know is....any differences in the block and head?...could I take a Stanza KA(block and head...everything else will come from my S13) and put into my 240? Syr if this has been discussed before...couldn't find it on search:(

the engine is the same but u need to change a lot of **** from a FF engine (stanza) to a FR engine (240)

Figured alot would need to be changed:) Was thinking since I have a KA sitting ina S13 now(block is cracked...the thinking on it anyway:) That a block and head would be all I really need....Strip the engine in the s13 of everything needed add to the stanza block/head...should be good to go correct?
