Why do people hate Dane Cook? I like him.

Why do people like Jerry Seinfeld? His humor is boring. Also the show isn't any good either.

Carlin is the man and Bill Maher is one of my favorites.

Dane Cook is the embodiment of bad standup. All of his jokes are "Yeah, and what's the deal with airline food?" type stuff. There's just nothing interesting or inventive about what he has to say.

That sounds exactly like Seinfeld. "And what's the deal with New England...".

IDK, I like Cooks delivery. Irerra is pretty good too. Never heard of him. I like the Italian shtick.

*Obligatory Russell Peters reference*

He's pretty hilarious if you haven't seen him before. The more you watch of him, the more repeat jokes that you notice. But the delivery is always hilarious.

Gabriel Iglesias is awesome.

My all-time favorite comedian is probably Mitch Hedburg. Along those lines I'm also a big fan of Steven Wright.

Last week I saw Aziz Ansari perform, he was pretty good. All though he does not really do one-liners his delivery mirrors Hedburg and Wright.

The week before that I saw Pablo Francisco perform. His impersonations are very funny. I'm sure a lot of you heard him do the "movie previews" guy, but his new DJ/techno club skit is very funny as well.

Last year I saw Lewis Black perform, he was decent but not my favorite. Nick Swardson is also great live.

For my video link contribution I'm going to go with Freddy Soto - who I've always found pretty funny.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...lated

As a bonus, Pablo Francisco performs right after him in the video series.

my problem with pablo francisco is that he's a one trick pony. sure, he does impersonations well, but that gets old after a while. i'm so sick of jeff dunham already, but i think his show ruined his act more than the redundancy of puppets did.

How did you come to that conclusion?

I was born (1987) and raised in the USA for 22 years.
