i have to redo all the shocks in the car, i have a 94 q45 with active suspension. i was wondering which is better to do and more cost effective, standard or active suspension?

Definitely restore the active and become a lifetime member of the Save The Actives campaign. Restoration is not as expensive (if you contact Keith) as the dealership will make it sound. It is definitely more cost effective than conversion if you consider the rarity of the car you will own.
