Have a deal with a local guy, he owns his own little performance shop and i guess can get good deals in turbos and stuff..anyways i have a 4 wheeler im selling to help pay for this build (honda trx250r) and he was looking to do a straight across trade and was looking for specifics on what to order on the turbo and i just want to make sure i have it all right..
So for the standard gt28r, they have to be reclocked, a new wastegate, or waste gate relocation, and a little bit if grinding done right? As far as fitment, its a nissan flange?? 2 bolt inlet and .64 a/f?? This is the part im a little confused on.. Basically what would i need to mke it the same kit concept z sells? I have my 4 wheeler listed for $2000, i was expecting to get around $1700-1800 for it so i think this is pretty fair

When you clock the compressor the alignment of the 2-bolt flange changes and will no longer align with the factory piping on the Z. Also since the outlet on a standard 2560 doesnt have the 3-bolt adapter you will need to have one either welded on or use silicon elbows to connect your outlet piping. I am not 100% sure that this will work but I have seen it on some cars. CZP used to sell the components needed to install the standard 2560 on the Z but I'm not sure if they still do. Also you will obviously need downpipes since the factory 22/25 turbos use 4-bolt outlets while the 2560 uses a 5-bolt.
