Stancenation meet in Arlington Heights, IL on Sunday, October 6 (2010).

Met up with Dan (Danshaz82), Adam (AppleBonker), Faizan (DrifterXRPS13), Rich (Koshin), and his GF/BFF/BDSM, Summer. Dan barbecued. Thanks, Dan!

Here comes Rich and Summer in Rich’s stunning Gloria. This is one of only two known to exist in the U.S., and the only one in this trim and color.

Effing HOT TT 350Z. I believe this belongs to Faizan’s cousin. Rub-a-dub-dub, my skirts gonna scrub. This car sounds like a robot stallion getting prison-raped by a wooly mammoth.

I love MR2s, and this was beautiful (sorry for the off-center look. I was trying to cut some nosey bystanders out of the shot)

Another nice Z33

This Evo X passed me on my Way to Dan’s house. It was full of piss and vinegar.

This Lexus got into a fight on the way to the show

A couple of S Chassis showed up. They made them park in the street.

One of these things is not like the others...

All in all it was a pretty good day. A bit cold, a bit blustery, but getting to hang for a couple of hours with my Nico peeps was epic win.

UUNNNHHH that FC is terrific. I'd never seen it before, I thought I knew most of the RD cars.

I wouldn't call the Y50 poseur at all. That's what you do with VIP cars, you put them on airbags. Why risk ruining your $50,000 car by running an extreme static drop?

Poseur because it wasn't a Fuga, not because it was on bags. ;)

Ah ha, that *would* make much more sense. I didn't notice that it was actually badged as a Fuga.

Whenever I think Fuga, I automatically think of this: (I know it isn't the same word)

Hey, not my fault that Rich didn't pop his hood while I had the camera out.

As a matter of fact the only car I saw the entire time with the hood popped was the white TT350Z. It was pretty disappointing, actually.

I blame Taco Burrito King -- if their food wasn't so good, the owners would be showing off their rides instead of standing in line for some flautas al pastor. lol
