Well i had a couple questions about my coilovers before I install them so i emailed Stance last week rather than posting them here. Stance hasn't bothered to write me back so maybe someone here can clear things up for me, here is a copy of what i wrote to them.

"I recently purchased a new set of your GR+Pro coilovers for my 1998 Nissan 240SX (S14). Upon inspection of the fronts I noticed that the top center nut that secures the pillow mount to the damper shaft is only threaded on far enough that roughly half it's threads are still exposed. This didn't look right to me so rather than attempting to tighen it myself and risk any damage I am contacting you. Here is a link to a picture i took that may better explain things.http://memimage.cardomain.com/...e.jpg

Is that nut supposed to be only threaded on that far, if not what is the exact torque spec i need to tighten it to? Are there any other things other than dampening and ride height that need to be set or should these be built ready for install right out of the box?

Thanks for you time,Jeremy Harrington"

Here is the pic i included in the email link....

Anyone have any info that might help me out???

Still no word from Stance which is pretty disappointing.

I was also disappointed when i didn't recieve a 2nd set of springs with higher rates with my coilovers which searching on this site lead me to believe were included. Before i bought these i read every post with "Stance" in the title ever posted here and read countless times that these coilovers came with 2 full sets of springs. NICO Search = wrong info again! Being a newer member of these forums i am hessitant to post any questions due to the ""SEARCH!" reply the know-it-alls always give. I guess thats the internet for you...

I wrote Stance again, we'll see if they get back to me...

Where are you guys getting these torque specs?

My pros are also like that. I've had them for 2 years now. When I first got them I emailed them and got a response the same day. Last year I emailed them regarding f***ed up camber plates and they responded a couple days later saying they were shipping me new ones at no charge.
