Stance GR+: How to adjust Dampening?

How do I adjust dampening for the front coilovers, do I just turn that bolt? (picture) And for the rear all I do is turn the knob on the top, right?

iirc on my friends set of stances hes adjust was on the bottom of the coilover.

i believe just the fronts the rear i believe is on the top
