Hello, my name is Will and i figured i would introduce myself as i only have a couple posts and ask a question.(yea i tried searching and looked on their website). Anyways on one of my rear coilovers for some reason its wont let me adjust the dampening because the knob wont spin, and when I grip on to them with pliers the knob spins out of the assembly. I dont know what would cause it to do this. Also, on my front lower control arms they wont go far up enough to reach the coilover. Any help would be appreciated.

If the knob wont turn i'd contact the company and return it.
as for the problem your having for the fronts, dont worry thats what happenes when you get shorter struts n springs just grab a jack and jack up the control arm till the coilover slides in then bolt it down and your good.

I had this problem also on my rears. For over a month I figured the rears just weren't dampening adjustable since I couldn't turn them. For some reason which makes no sense (i know), if you over-tighten the turning knobs it makes them harder to turn. With this said I had trouble getting mine to turn at first since mine was tightened really hard, but once you finally break it loose, it gradually gets easier over time. Kinda weren't made well if you ask me because my fronts were easily adjustable without even using the knobs. But try loosening the adjusting knob thing and see if it makes it easier.

I did loosen the adjusting knob and it screwed out, ill try to loosen the threads it goes into i guess. Btw thanks for the input on the front. :)
