Stalling when it is hot and humid

Every summer during the months of July and August (basically the hottest and most humid days of the year - I live in Atlanta) my car wants to stall and sometimes does. I have a Altima '00 and am the original owner.

It seems to have gotten worse this summer. I stopped putting in regular unleaded gas, thinking my car did not like "summer" blend of gas and put premium gas. However, in the last week and it has stalled 3 times, when nearly coming to a complete stop or when I was completely stopped. The AC was on one time when this has happened.

When was the last time you had a tune up? (ie changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor)

When it idles does it run rough or does it just die as if you pulled the keys out?
