Stalling

Does anyone's turboed car stall on deceleration due to the bov. I have an SAFC that has the decel feature. It seemed for a while i had the problem fixed. But now the car will fall to 500rpms or even stall when i am decelerating and apply the brakes and or steering. I don't know if this could be caused by a tiny vaccum leak because my car does not sit at stoich. It bounces between lean and stoich. And the rpms at idle range from 1000 to 900. It is supposed to be set up for 1000. The car has been dyno tuned. Would an ignition problem be the cause of this, faulty coil pack? Any info would be great. Thanks
