I have a 1992 Nissan 240sx with a 95 ka24de in it...

Here is the problem, the car runs fine, runs great actually, but every once in a while I'll start the car it starts perfectly, then the as the rpm's go down to idle it just stalls instead...thats the start, I usually just give it some gas and it stays on then...

Now when I'm driving, a stop is coming I depress the clutch, as the rpms are falling they don't stop and the car just stalls...

Now if I actually get it to idle without stalling the idle is rough...

But like I said it doesn't happen all the time...I was wondering if anyone can give a clue to the problem or a partial answer, something?

Thank you,

I had a problem like this to back when I had a ka engine. Been a while, I think it was the maf sensor and or IAC Valve. Check those for possibilities. Also, have you noticed if you are loosing gas mileage? Check out your fuel line from your filter to your injectors, and check your injectors, one may be clogged.

Yeah...I'll try those, but for my fuel line...I haven't really noticed to much of a difference since I first got it, but the check engine light is on. The guy I bought it from said that it was lit because of the EGR temp sensor...but do you think it's a possibilty that my EGR valve could be going bad?...
