Sorry for the long post but this is the best info I can give at the moment.

This just started to happen a like 2 weeks ago and now everyday, and its got me a little puzzled. Ok this is what is happing. I am thinking it is a MAF sensor but no codes. Repeat. NO codes. I hate when I have an issue with a car and no codes pop up.

The car would run fine while idle when I first start it up. SO can't be a fuel issue, because it will run like crap. It runs perfect. I also just replaced the fuel filter with a 300ZX TT one. Still happens to stall. Ok, Anyway, I will make it a mile down the street and stop at a stop sign and it will just die when I push the clutch in to get it into neutral. First thoughts? Could it be the IACV? I don't think so, because I ripped that whole thing about 7 months ago and cleaned it nice and no codes from that either.

The only things I can think of is a bad ignition coil or possible mosture inside something causing this. On average the car will die on my 4-5 times a day and sometimes not at all. What gives?

I really don't have the kind of money to just guess and throw in a new maf which at BTW a mind blowing $250 bucks. I just replaced the Knock sensor just to let you know(even if that was bad the car would not stall cause of that)

I tried to hear for vaccum leaks, and did not hear any... guys I am stumped and this is getting me really angry because I try to take care of her as much as I can.

Now here is one thing. Would a EGR malfuction flow cause in issue? I had that for over a year and half and never felt like cleaning it out. Could that cause a stalling issue?

also, when the car stalls It will be really tough to start it up with out hitting the gas. Like its hurting trying to start. So I doubt it is sensor related. I am putting my bets on spark coils but those also are mad expensive... =[

I feel like I am driving at the price of a Bimmer or a Merc. Even thier sensores ar cheaper then ours... what gives.

Does it only stall when slowing down and coming to a stop or can you be driving and push clutch in and it stalls too? i dont think it could be coils they dont normally cause that kind of problems and they almost always will code because it causes a miss-fire and the ecu will kick the light immediately. im thinking maybe your base idle is to low,you can adjust it if you have access to a consult, there is a way you can do it without consult but i dont remember how. get you hands on an service manual and it will tell you how. I have seen corrosion inside the head temp sensor cause similar problems, i believe it is the connector on the sensor right on the thermostat housing, kinda looks like a fuel injector connector, see if there is any green in there. and it might be worth throwing a good hard core fuel injection cleaning, not the stp sh** you by from auto zone but some professional strenght stuff cleaning throttle plate with a tooth brush and pumping the cleaner through a vacuum line. dont know if you have gone there already...anyways good luck keep us posted
