Hello all,I am new to posting but have used the site for other help. I can't seem to find anything on this though. I have a 92 KA24de with a manual transmission, swapped into a 90 body. When I start my car in the morning, it likes to stall unless I give it some gas for about 5 seconds. Then when I come to a stop, it wants to stall there too. Once the car has warmed up for about 5 minutes it is fine as well. (Now keep in mind that I am in FL where the temp isn't getting much below the 75 mark.) This is when the idle screw is more than half way in. If the screw is 3/4 or more it is fine. Does it hurt the engine internally if it is open that much? If so, what does it do? Another thing with the screw, when I try to adjust the idle with the tps harness disconnected, it will not adjust to anything below 900. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
