Was driving a couple days ago and i mistaknly threw the car into reverse ( dont ask how i was being dumb throwing it in n to see how far she rolls lmao). Then all of a sudden the truck shut off and rolls forward (hard as hell to stear) with all lights in cluster on. I know i was a a** for doing it in the first place but can i encounter any problems. She started up pretty quick but for some reason she felt sluggish but everyone told me she feels normal (IDK if im just worried lol)

Yea, sounds like your car shut off; loss of power steering and the lights on the cluster lighting up. How fast were you going when you shifted into R?

10-15 i think i doubt any faster is it bad??? I checked fluid levels and i see no signs of leakage or anything. Car felt sluggish to me but i was told its fine. i have about 125,xxx on the Odometer. So it just cut off right i took a lil while longer to start but justs by a sec or two.

Torque via hydraulic pressure builds up and at 10-15 speed that torque stalled the engine. May not cause problems, since torque stall under controlled use is a tool to verify transmission, torque converter and engine assembly as a system. It is not recommended to shift from forward to reverse under pressure, but a case as yours will not create too much hassle.

You should take care when shifting from one direction to the other and let the mechanicals and the hydraulics catch up, especially on a cold transmission...but I think you realize this.
