Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have a KA24E and when I start when it has been sitting atleast 3 hours it stalls rite after start up. On blistering hot days it starts decently and doesnt stall but idles rough and shakes. Any help is greatly appreciated.
