Stall???? ok maybe not....

alright first of all i just want to say hi to all my new brothers and sisters of the 240 world...i just recently bought my first 240 its a 91 SE...i bought it from a guy who took very good care of it , even though its kinda rice..but im in the process of fixing it...anyway....so this problem just started...it started out just when i turned on the car i would have the hold the pedal so the RPMS would not drop below 700 and stall out...then it would warm up and be fine...well as of a couple days ago, the car started to stall whenever coming to a stop, then i wouldnt be able to start it back up for at least 10 minutes...i searched but could not find a definitive answer...thats why im asking again....so today when i got off of work i went out and i sprayed my throttle body and MAF ( at least i think its the MAF the thing thats attatched to the air intake? ) if not please correct me....anyway like i was saying i sprayed them with cleaner and wiped them down and it helped a bit but my car still seems like it wants to stall...can anyone point me in the right direction...at first i thought it was my fuel filter or pump....i replaced the filter and it didnt help...about to replace my pump but i know pumps are usually broke or they're not...not usually intermittent....someone please help me...thanks in advance...

oh and i still have the ka24de in it...its also got a no name intake and a custom POS exhaust...thanks

check the connection on the coolant temp sensor. Mine was gummed up and was giving me the same symptoms. Should be around the thermostat IIRC.
