Well,

for whatever reason today....my 240 seems to have given up. I was in the driveway about to leave, and the car just stalled, no booms or smoke or anything. So i tried to start him up again, but to no luck. Theres power in the car, it rolls in neutral, but not backwards. I cant hear the engine struggling, just the electric fan starting up. So basically, I turn the key and nothing happens no odd noises, nothing. Does anyone have anything towards a clue of what happened?

BTW its a manual 91 KA24DE. No heating, no A/C. It has an intake and a breather.

Thank you for your help!

wow thats something else. if your car doesnt roll backwards however, that points to a trans issue id say. Maybe your slave cylinder took a dump and your clutch is stuck engauged. there is a catch on all manual transmissions that wont let you start the car with the clutch engauged. If you can work it into neutral maybe, but id check out that slave cylinder. how does the pedal feel?
