One of the better things (and one of the CHEAPEST things) I did to improve the driveability of my S14 with the upgraded clutch was replace the stock rubber clutch line with a stainless line. The pedal got smoother and overall just feels better.

The clutch line has the same construction as our stainless brake lines. Teflon inner hose, stainless steel braided exterior, with a protective covering to prevent premature wear of the teflon hose by dirt and other elements.

$24 shipped, fits S13s, S14s, CAs, KAs, and SRs alike.

We got a bunch in stock :)

Don't mean to be a dink, but that's kindof a shameless plug, don't you think? :D

Anyway, while you're here, any chance you could give me some info on the solid subframe bushings you sell? I couldn't figure out how they're installed, are they just a little oversized and get pressed in?

Shameless plug? ... not really. We are a paying advertiser for NICO, just new so our banner isn't up yet. :)

The solid subframe bushings require the entire rubber bushing piece to be removed. From there the aluminum pieces are best pressed in. I have known someone to hammer them in but I don't suggest that.

The install is/can be a bit tricky but once they are in you know that the subframe is effectively solid, and it's pretty noticeable. You will get more feedback from the road as a result. It's a step up from the spacers, but if you're not looking for absolute solidarity then the spacers are a good bet. Cheaper, easier to install, and in stock.

I HIGHLY reccoment replacing ALL of your rubber pressure lines in your car with the SS units. Just as Alan said, it helps the pedal feel remendously. I'm very happy with all mine.

For $24 bucks it sure is a good bang for the buck part. Easy to install and improves the feel, especially on those cars running upgraded clutches.

I was just going for a quick laugh, nothing more intended. :)

Good to know about the bushings though, maybe spacers are a better bet for me. I'm hoping to eventually get a whole bunch of suspension parts from you guys, just haven't had the money yet, and now isn't exactly the right time. I've got to get my engine in first, hehe.

Just got back from a 4 hr. cruise around (it's 6:38 am lol) with a friend's brother's 240. We put a CA into it, and some goodies. I will say everytime you push the right foot down the CA will bring a smile to your face (especially at 4 grand :) ).

Good luck on your swap!

Ill vouch for the item because i have a custom made one and i love it. I had clutch problem befor where my clutch pedal would loose power about once a week and i after trying everything i read about the clutch dampener boxes and had a friend make me one of these custom lines... must say its the best $14 i spent.
