I got mine all made locally so I could get exact sizes and know that everything will fit properly.

well through my 35r, I run a 1/8 NPT to feed it oil, 1/4 NPT to give it coolant and to take it away. Then the drain might be 3/8 NPT its big. I tapped my block to standard at all places as well. Metric fittings are an *** raping.

heres a pick all all my fittings at the housing. THEY ARE A ****ING ***** TO TIGHTEN AND REMOVE. I wish my housings were held down by v-bands not bolts, they get in the way.

Hey what dimensions/specs was the water drain in the block stock?

My motor is put together and in the car, I'm not trying to tap the block like that.

Yo check this out.Call them. This is where your boy was gonna get those lines from.

http://takamotorsports.com/

The only thing is that I don't have them hooked up.I might hook them up eventually if need be, but being down here in FL, I didn't see any use for it.

But I found a post that helped me out:zerothread?id=280833

It was exactly what I needed."The search button worked for me!!!!" According to the thread its M14 x 1.5

I just remember that I searched for this a while a go so that I could find a bolt to plug it. Duhh....Blonde moment, its all my ex girls faul. lol

For anyone else interested, I just found this info:

"Oil Feed at Block: M12x1.25Oil Return at Block: 3/4" BSPT (3/4" NPT can work)Coolant Return at Block: M14x1.5"

if you're running the stock turbo; why not use the stock lines; i don't see a big deal with moving to stainless braided lines on stock turbo. just a waste of money. i still have the stock water lines if you need them.

i am willing ot run stock lines i just dont have them, and i am running a custom intake that cuts down on a ton of the cooling lines, and since its a rb25 my intake dosent have the front turbo water return line its all fubar lol, thats what makes it sooo tricky

now you know where it should go; it shouldnt be too hard to plumb in the water line; just use a little creativity.

The RB25 has a single large port on the rear of the block. From the factory there is another T piece with a small line that goes to the turbo.

If you can weld aluminum you can easily make a T piece with some piping

As for running the steel braided lines, you will need two adapters one for oil, one for water. Oil should 12x1.25mm, water I believe is 16x1.5mm (Sr20's run the smaller 14x1.5mm). Then from the adapters you run a tee like this: http://www.holley.com/925106ERL.asp or http://www.holley.com/926106ERL.asp . I would run the -6 for waterlines and -3 or -4 for oil lines. Then just run your steel braided lines to the turbos.

I suggest you pick up an earl's catalog. You don't have to use earl's brand stuff but the catalog helps to design your plumbing system...
