Staggered wheels designed for A/C???

I was doing my usual search for wheels and came across these on ebay. It says they are staggered wheels made for the A/C. Maybe they are bogus cuz they are cheap as hell. I tried to google th brand but the page wont work... sounds scammy to me....

SIZE: FRONT, 19X8.5 5X114 ET45, 2.5" LIP

SIZE: REAR, 19X10 5X114 ET45, 3.5" LIP

The fronts will fit but there's no way you can fit 19x10 in the back w/o rubbing IMO

I would be more worried about backspacing than anything! 10 inches is only 1.5 inches wider than my 8.5 inch wheels, but with an offset of +45, the two almost cancel out because that 1.5" only translates to .75 inches more on each side of the mounting hub! So fitment issues would be with backspacing, and if the backspacing is ok, then these would fit!

What size tire would u wrap around those bad boys... like 270/40 or sumthing?
