Right now I'm rolling on 20x10's in the rear and 20x8's in front. While the 20's are ok for the rear, the fronts are too big. While I'm sure it's possible to run 20's in the rear and 18's in the front, I'm wondering if this is ok or not when it comes to handling, performance, steering geometry, suspension etc.

In order to make it work properly you would have a much thicker tire (sidewall profile) than the rear that would look funny and to some extent effect handling. Typically if it's staggered different sizes it's by one inch 17/18, 18/19 etc. 20's in general are to big for this car and will effect performance.

If you like the big rim setup then maybe 20 rear and 19 front may not be that bad. If you plan on changing the style of the rims all together than i would proabably do 19's all around.
