What offset are these wheels that will cause you fender clearance issues.
To find the actual height of the streteched tire, you're gonna need to know some basic geometry than and solve the right triangle created by the stretched tire for the triangles height.
When you get this height, multiply it by 2 and add the wheel diameter. This will give you the overall diameter of the stretched tire.
