I'm thinking staggered 18x9.5 in the rear, and 18x8.5 up front. Offset is +35. I'm pretty sure I'll be clear of the struts in the back, but I might need spacers for the front. If I run 25mm spacers will everything be flush?

Oh god. Let me guess... XXR wheels.

How about just buying wider wheels with lower offset that wouldn't need spacers?

How low of an offset do I need to not run them?

So something original...

Get these in 18x9.5 +33 in 5x112 or 120:http://www.velocitymotoring.com/wheels_v710.html

With these in a ~20mm spacer:http://www.wheeladapter.com/wheel_adapters.php

And pick up one of these:http://www.eastwood.com/ew-fen....html

This way you'll get these: for little money (seems to be the goal)

^^^Dude, hell no! What the point of buying cheap wheels if you gotta spend like another $200 on wheel spacers and lug pattern adapters?!

Plus, this is for a 240sx, not an Audi. While the wheel is decent looking, alot of us prefer a JDM style rather than a Euro style. Just my opinion though.

OP, here's a list of decent fitting, relatively inexpensive 4 lug wheels for you that you won't need spacers and junk for:
simmode1 wrote:This list only includes wheels available in 17x9 or better. 17x9, IMO, is the ideal beginner size for S13's.

5Zigen FN01RC Available in: 17x9+20

XXR 006 Available in: 17x9+20

Rota Grid Available in: 17x9+12, 17x9.5+15, 18x9.5+15, 18x9.5+20, 18x9.5+38 and 18x10+35

Rota P45R Avilable in: Too many to list in both 17's and 18's!

Rota RB Available in: 17x9-13 and 17x9.5-19

Falken Hanabi Available in: 17x9+20

Axis OG Banzai Available in: 17x9+20

Motegi Touge Available in: 17x9+24, 18x9+12 and 18x10+30

If you don't want replica/knockoff/cheap wheels, but you want to keep your four lug setup, you'll want to look at Work or SSR wheels since they make baller wheels for us four lug guys.

I've been into 240's since the 90's... seen a lot of trends... it'd just be nice to see people changing it up a bit from the norm... that and those V710's have a nice dish to them (going 19x9.5 +33 on my S4 Avant)... I'm sure VMR could drill a set in 114.3 with no prob... prob at little or no cost as they might just not adv that setup

Euro wheels on Japanese cars are a Japanese thing... not a random idea

http://www.super-made.com/instant/aero/s15v.html

The offsets for Euro wheels tend to run in the 20's-30's on avg so 20-25mm adaptor spacers aren't a big deal for our cars. Just about time to see something different in the states... granted those Rota RB's in a 17 with a deep offset would look good for a cheap wheel...

I looked at some Rota rims, and I guess I could do 18x9.5 all around but they have a bunch of different offsets. Is there an offset number that I want to stay below in order to not run spacers?

^^^ I'd say generally you want about +15 offset for a 9.5 inch wide wheel.
