Staggard 22s with out rubbing questions

Ok I know Marley had done the Staggard 22s and claims they dont rub, but from the pics I just dont see how that is possible.

I would love to get this done and am wondering what would work. The front 22x9 +40 with 245/35 tire should work (correct me if Im wrong) or should I go with 22x8.5 +40 (or+35)
BUT the rears seem to be the problem....Would 22x10 +45 275/30 fit without rubbing?????? or what about a +40.

I already have the Eibach drop.

If you wheel guys could give your opinions on would work that would be great. I know several things can affect the outcome but I just want to bolt on and drive, no pulling fenders, now milling the wheels.
