So I just bought a stage 3 clutch and pressure plate and it came with a throw out bearing. When it sits at an idle it makes a noise from the transmission like the throw out bearing is bad but its brand new. Whats going on?

well if you throwout bearing is brand new then thats not the problem one is you might not bolt you pressure plate on tight or something is not put in correctly... double check you work.. If you put everything back correctly check to see if you have any fluid in the transmission, step on the clutch to see if the noise goes away if it does then your input shaft bearing is not good.

is there also vibration coming from the rear end? I replaced mine with a 6 puck and had some serious vibrations when downshifting. Anyway i worked on the clutch pedal play and it seemed like clutch chatter was the problem so check it out. Also if that doesn't work, then hopefully you didn't remove the pilot bearing and not replace it because that could also be an issue

Make sure the clutch pedal is adjusted correctly.
