stage 2 clutch trouble

i changed my clutch to a stage 2 with a 11 pound flywheel. all was good till a few days later when my clutch went really soft, i bled the system twice also changed the slave cylinder and still no clutch. the clutch is really soft, the slave cylinder wont even push the clutch fork. i used a prybar and pushed the fork which it did move in a normal manner but it was a little stiff. im thinking its the slave cylinder not strong enough to push the fork or the pressure plate spring is too stiff to be pressed by the fork. my 240sx s13 is just sitting there and not going into gear at all due the this issue. does anyone have any input to help me. i need my car to move to florida

did you remove the clutch block? if not you should

where is this clutch block? and what does it do. i have never heard of it before.
