stage 1 clutch pedal pressure?

recently got a stage 1 clutch installed. Thought that i would stiffen my pedal pressure but it did not. isn't it suppose to be stiffer? or is the stage one not that much different from stock?

The clutch disc itself has nothing to do with pedal pressure. The only thing that would have any bearing on pedal pressure is the pressure plate. Did you change out the pressure plate as well or just the clutch disc?

Yes I had the pressure plate changed out also.
