Well my car has had no ecu power for about a month, unless I jumper the eccs relay. I replaced the engine harness, and complete relay harness to the fuse panel. My car will start without the start signal fuse in place? I am thinking i was bypassing the st. signal fuse possibly?

what exactly is the st. signal fuse purpose? Could someone pull the 10A st. Signal and tell me if your car will start? also does your check light go out? The only problem is my battery literally drains in about 3 hours, but it is good.

Your st. signal fuse tells the engines timing to advance during cold starts. Your car usually will not start in the cold at all, or at least not easily with-out it.

cool thanks, well that sucks I thought I had a lead of my problem. I am just so lost on what could cause the ecu not to power on.

Have you opened up your ECU and looked for burn marks. If you don't see any burnt areas or breaks in the solder joints chances are you ECU is good. Assuming you are running a SR the next logical place to check is your main ignition splice that is up front in the passenger fender close to the headlight bracket. Use the FRsport wiring guide as a reference. You most likely have a bad solder joint there or possibly a bad ground.
