good Q, never heard one recirculated...I know that (at least with the regular or gold inserts) its high pitched and whiney...I want to hear one with a purple insert and recirculated...

You can't use the purple insert and use the HKS Recirculation fitting. Only one or the other. I've run the regular SSQ vavle. The Valve with the purple insert. And the vavle recirculated. I like the valve with the purple insert the most. When it was recirculated it was just a quiet chatter.

sorry for not being clear, I meant I hadn't heard it either recirculated or with the purple inset and I wanted to hear each one, not both.

hey structure, does it make a better sound than the bosch bov that comes with the kit. was it easy to put on or did it take some modification, and where did you get yours from...i'm thinking about getting one for mine.

yes it does sound better. it wasnt too hard to put on. i cut the pipe for the bosch bov off and had the hks flange welded in the same spot and the hole opened up. then its jsut getting the damn c-clip for t he hks bov in to secure it. i got the bov on ebay from a company called autowurks for $183 shipped best price i could find. they are a great company i talked to the guy alot. the flange i paid $60 for from enjuku. bosch would be fine except im goin for 15psi soon and i wouldnt trust it for that

no theres no benefit it actually isnt as good. i took it off cause it seemed that my coldpipe would not clear it. i've been meaning to buy a different set of electirc fans.

yea i've had the thermo tec stuff sittin around for like a month. i jsut put it on the day before i took the pics so like 2 days ago. i cant belive what a difference it makes. it doesnt feel hot at all until u touch it
