ive had an ssac turbo mani on a honda before and the welds broke after 2 month...how good of quality are the ones for the ka24de? because this dude has one for sale and if there good quality then ill buy it....but if there crap and break like the honda manifolds do then i dont want the *****.....let me know your oppinion please

Some people have had good success, some bad.

If you buy it. Make sure it has support brackets (or get some made), and, have a machine shop cut heat expansion slots. Plus, Ive heard that you need to have both gasket faces resurfaced.

If your really concerned about the welds, take it to a shop and have it looked over, and possibley re-welded.

Ill be using an SS manifold until I blow my KA up. Then Ill just switch it out for an N/A SR (which I already have the SR mani and elbow) so every thing should line up.

BAHAHAHAAHAHA wd isn't even gone yet(i don't think) and people have already started talking about ssac stuff again!!! SEARCH THE FORUM this has been covered just a few times. there is a button up in the top right corner that says search. click on it and then search with it.
