ok... flame suit on...

i was just looking over the site after reading about the cat-back exhaust.... and they got some decent priced turbo's, close to the one on the other site with the 1yr warranty.. forget the name but im sure you know it.

well, im just wondering if this is the ebay china town crap? or is it maybe of decent quality to give a shot?

once again... flame suit on!!!

thanks

Man this has been covered so many times in the last month alone, all you have to do is search, or look at a few pages for titles relating to what you need.

Basically, the turbo needs an oil restrictor if you want it to run more than a few days, or minutes. Even after that, some are just defective and will crap out on you in time. Some work for guys for years, its luck of the drawl really.

thanks, i was thinking it was ebay quality also... the holset is freaking me out with the work involved and my limited quantity of things to make the manifold and get some of the work i cant do myself done.

i can weld, but i do not have a welder for the mani. so im trying to find a well priced t3/t4 setup.

ur a g ood searcher though. so once u get one , i can tell u the oil feed is a issue and the dump pipe is . i welded a v band clamp on the back of mine and will mock it up once i get it on the car, the oil feed i got a fitting from summit racing,u have to find out the thread pitch in the turbo that u get, mine had the factory fitting in it when i got it so it was easy for me.GOOD LUCK!!!OH YEA, i got the v band from atp turbo and these little things to make turboes work add up$$$$.
