ok so i was sitting at work today and decided that the ssac would give me to many troubles with such a big turbo. and i thought that it would not clear so i ordered an etd tubular manifold. well today i got started on my project and i was like what the heck lets throw the ssac on there and see how it does. well i will let the pictures do the talking

looks good though:

so as you can see it does not clear. it is rubbing very slightly

Yeah, that suxxors. I am running the SSAC and a T3/T04E (basically same offset and size as GT32) and it's SO CLOSE.

I'm seriously considering a different mani.

i had the same problem with my new manifold w/ my t3/t67 (4 bolt outlet)...but what i did to fix the situation:

-barely grind down the corner of the master cylinder (enough just to clear)-bought solid motor mounts from JGS (so the motor/turrbo doesnt move)-used steel braided lines w/ banjo bolts for my brake lines connecting to my master cylinder

Works like a charm now...

ya i think if you had a z32 master cylinder, u would probably be even worse off. i guess hopefully the next mani u ordered wont have such clearance issues...............

i ordered the ETD manifold due to cost, BMC clearance, and the short runners for a quick spool up and hopefully a broader powerband!
