sS13 auto to manual wiring!?!?!?!

i know there is a stickied thread on Auto to Manual wiring and everything but im still confused so i just need a little help..

HeavyThrottle's write-up says to connect the white wire and the black w/yellow stripe wire together which would be by the passenger fuse block. My question is..what wire do i run to the starter now? Im doing an auto to manual with a CA18 but same applies. I just dont know which wire to run to the starter or even if i have to. Please help! this is the last wiring bit i have to do for the Lower Harness!!!!
