Had the thought today and wonder what other opinions are. There is a company here where I'm at that can custom make me some. I figure that it should improve steering and maybe put less stress on the pump resulting in just a lil more power. I doubt it would be noticable by the butt dyno but what do you peeps think?

Are you talking about the hardline that goes across the front crossmember? That would be worthless, but there is a soft line that could be replaced, though you'd have to use some pretty big tubing.

I've never seen it done, except on some of the higher end drift cars that have power steering coolers. I've seen stainless braid on them.

Honestly, it's probably not worth it, but if you can get it done for free/dirt cheap, can't hurt I guess. I'd do other lines first like turbo lines, clutch and brake lines.

yeah the clutch and brake lines are a must. In reguards to the power steering lines I am talking about the pressure line. The only reason I'm thinking about it is because mines leaking and for just a little bit more I can go ahead and get the braided. Eh, just a thought.....

well the high pressure line is already braided. cause its the high pressure line. it just has the thick rubber over it.

Hey sure....I'll probly go and get the prices here in the next week or so. So as soon as I get them I'll let you know. The other thing that I found was that Russell braided lines make SS braided PS lines. So I guess they're not that bad.
