they got what they deserved. the rule of getting what you pay for, yeah exactly what they got for the money they paid. They get no sympathy from me.

well with the turbos, it was obvious to see they were ****ty...but theres nothing wrong with there intercoolers....i kno many people who run their intercooler setups with no problems

always gotta weigh what your saving versus what you could lose on a bad part. every part from evey vendor carries risk. Some just carry a heck of a lot more than others.

I'm pretty sure the compressor cut in half thing was BS...some guys made it up trying to discredit SSautochrome or something (read about this a while ago).

There's no doubt SSAC is knocking off parts and stealing names/designs but FWIW I know more than one person running the XS power t3/t4 with zero problems. I think most of these "facts" are fabricated or at least embellished upon.

Some is fabricated, some isn't. For one, their awful customer service is certainly not made up. You're lucky if they even reply to any emails. They don't list a phone number anywhere on any of their sites for a reason. They don't want to deal with people.

The turbo glued together was made up. If you take a better look, that compressor housing on the right isn't anywhere near the size of the rest of the turbo on the left.

A lot of their parts are just bought and rebadged SSauto too. Such as the exhausts they use are Motoria exhausts, also used by Uras. Hybrid intercooler kits use the same core as the XS power kits.

I'm in no way sticking up fro ssauto, because some of their parts are junk. But some of the discredit they get isn't fully deserved when other manufacturers and retailers are using the same parts rebadged or when people make up incidents like the glued together turbo to knock them.

well i bought a downpipe from them and the pipe flange when bolted up made the downpipe face the passenger side door....waste of 80 bucks...it was actually kind of funny how off it was...

What I find more disturbing is how that BBLGROUP is trying to pass off lies and how many other people are actually buying into it. I think lying to the consumer is worse than slapping a cheapo price on a weak product. At least you expect it to be bad but to lie to consumers is just poor taste and no class. Add another one to my "don't buy from" list.

I'm kinda afraid to get a cheap price on a turbo... I think i'm going to stick with big brand name turbos'... yes you do get what you pay for most of the time.
