im really pleased with the amount of space the manifold saves..but thers not room for external wastegate...but looks like theres just enough room for a adapter to relocate the wastegate. Anyone know where i can get that made? And how much i would be looking at? the car isnt running so i would have to just take pics for someone 2 make it. i want the wastegate to sit under the brake boot and above the steering shaft. looks like there a nice big pocket there. ill take pics soon.

I am working on making one now for the car I am building...in all reality its gonna cost me like $50 for materials...I dont know how much you want to pay, but get 2 T3 flanges, some 2x3 rectangular steel tubing, some 1.75 round tubing, and your wastegate flange...then ggo to town. YOu will need to cut & reweldf the 2x3 pipe so its 2x2.5 and then just assemble it all.

You will have the positioning perfect that way. I paid $20 for 2' of 2x3 and the 1.75 tubing.

you could have a wastegate flange welded onto the manifold since it isn't cast like the stock one. I have a topmount manifold with an external wastegate already built in. I am not sure weather or not I am going to use it since I will have to redo all my piping.

Nope, I am using the stock exhaust manifold with an ITS GTS61HP that is externally wastegaed and the adapter from ITS is T4. I have no idea how long you need it or where you need the wastegate so its kinda pointless to make one based on the measurements I take....they may not work with you.

You might not want to hear this brian. If you mod that manifold it will crack faster. You put a external wastegate tube on that thing and it will crack at the external gate tube 1st then spread from there. Why didn't you get my buddies HK$ manifold?

HKS's manifolds don't clear on LHD cars do they? I though it would put the turbo right at the steering shaft.

Aren't the HKS manifolds flanged for a T4?

CarlH runs this manifold with a GT30R turbo. I'm sure you need a diffrent down pipe vs what you have for that manifold you have now.

You can drill it for T3 or T4. If it has a T4 drilled then you can drill it for T3.

with the hks manifold it wouldnt clear. the turbo is about less then half an inch from the steering shaft.. well i dont want to weld on an external wastegate flange on the manifold i just want to have and adapter at the end.. that goes off the side
