Welcome to NICO!

The headers don't provide much of a power gain over just a y-pipe. I have the SP2 system with a y-pipe and it sounds great.

I have heard a lot about SSautochrome, and NONE of it was good. Piss poor customer service, no return policy, and crappy welds that break. If you have a welder, they might be decent to get and reweld. But that is the #1 complaint I have heard about them is the welding.

well guys, not to rain on your parade, but i bought my headers/y-pipe from ssautochrome and they have been great...no problems at all (and i drive the **** out of my car)! well, actually...come to think of it...my header/y-pipe brand is "stone mtn racing" but i bought them on ebay from ssautochrome right about 1 yr ago. everything seems to be holding up and have not had any issues or complaints about the setup. just FYI, thought id throw that out there for consideration.

I think that the main complaints for SS have been for turbo manifolds, as the weight of the turbo, along with weak welds, higher exhaust temps due to the turbo, and natural motor flexing have caused cracking. I have not seen evidence of this to be true on NA exhaust components.
