sr22det wont start please help

i have a sr20det with darteen sleeves bored the motor is a 2.2L. it has cp pistons, eagle rods, and 255 fuel pump, stock turbo intake manifold. every thing else is stock. the car is getting fuel but i havent used a fuel pressure tester but its a new pump i would thing it would be fine. the car turns over but wont start . spark looks weak but im not sure would a going out ignition chip be weak or would it just go bad? please help its been to long hahah.
