SR20VET turbo

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether the turbo on the SR20VET engine for the Nissan X-trail GT and Nissan Primera / Infiniti G20 were the same T28 Garret or a different turbo. Did the Nissan Primera / Infiniti G20 come as RWD layout? What are the specs of the turbo?

Also wondering the size of a Nissan 200sx (S12) hatchback's engine bay.Trying to figure out if an SR20VE, RB25DE, and RB26DE will fit.

I don't know the answer to your first question. But to the 2nd I believe any of those motors will fit in a 200sx.
