I was wondering if the SR20VE VVL is street legal in the states? This is probably a dumb question but i'm new at this stuff

Does your 95 get tested as OBDI or OBDII? I say this because you could get a VE to pass a sniffer with a high flow cat, but I'm not sure you can get a DE ECU to run a VE if you're being tested OBDII, since you'd have to use an ECU designed for it, which a VE ECU is not.

That said, a JWT or Calum-tuned DE ECU might be able to handle a VE. You'd need to talk to them to find out.
