your power at the injectors should be minimum 9.5 v. what you listed on that site is low. but you also need to know if the computer is pulsing them. get a noid light and get your cranking voltage back up to spec. and try cranking it. the noid light should flash. if this turns out ok. you need to run compression.

either the timing is way off or your not getting injector pulse thats all it could be since it is firing the plugs.

Said he was getting fuel.. my diagnosis would be timing or a loose connection somewhere.
