SR20m wont start?

Ok so I have a problem somewhere. I bought the car and was told it was possibly the relay. the previous owner replaced the starter and the main power wire to the starter. I replaced the relay in the fuse box where the batter used to be and it still won't turn over. It clicks a time or two but won't start. What else could it be? maybe a wiring issue between the starter and the relay? The harness looks like it needs some attention but I am not good at wiring.

No one is just gonna magically tell you whats wrong with your car. Do research and use the FSM

Check your grounds on the engine . Also have the battery checked , you might have a bad battery . I had one that showed 12 volts but when load tested it didn`t have squat for cranking amps . These are just a couple simple things I can think of .
