sr20det write up on 300zx/j30 ignitor chip swap no cutting or spicing wires

ok guys i recently had my sr20det ignitor chip go bad on my 240 and i refused to spend 100+ on a chip and i didnt wanna cut and splice wires so i firgured out how to make the 300zx/j30 ignitor work great without cutting anything only took me about 15 min to complete and i picked up the chip from a pull a part for 6 bucks...

let me know if you think its a good idea for a write up and if so ill get started on it...

yes im talking about unpinning the wires...but more detail with good pictures....ive mostly seen people cut and splice them together...

ive also found out a way to make a cheap but nice intake for sr20det guys who are running a blow through maf...

Bump this would be awesome are you working on this still the j30 ignition control module is much more common in the junkyard than the sr20det/+93Q45 chips this would help alot of people save money :chuckle:
