ok guess haven a prob with my 89 sr20det. all it does is just crank and crank but wont start. im getten spark but no gas i replayed wat ever fuses were blowen or bad, and still fuel pump doesn't turn on any tip on stuff i can check before i rip out the fuel pump and check that. any ideas will help me out alot .

Check for 12v at the injectors with the key on. You should be able to hear the fuel pump kick on for a few seconds when you turn the key to on. Also a lot of people tend to mix up the fuel lines onto the fuel rail.

ok i fixed the fuel problem the wire come loss on the pump it self. not its still not starten so i pulled a plugs and had my buddy start it no spark lol. so now i got to find out why. back to the search button lol

weres the ignitor... and wats a tdc?

the ignitor is on near the fuel filter and it looks Kinda dimond shape. and it has a 5 or 6 wire plug.

tdc is related to Timming and it means Top Dead Center. this happens when it #1 piston is at the top. check to see if the Dampener is on 0 degrees and #1 piston is at the top.
